Use a short, useful pattern
Start with brand, item type and size, then add an accurate defining detail. For example: “Levi’s 501 straight-leg jeans W30 L32 blue”. Only use that brand, model and size if the item’s labels support them. If the brand is unknown, describe the garment without guessing one.
Keep the extra details in the description
Explain the fit, fabric, measurements, condition and visible wear in the body of the listing. Photograph any flaws. Use the labelled size in the size field and distinguish it from your own measurements. Do not describe an unverified item as authenticated or use “new with tags” for a worn garment.
Skip the search bait
Avoid unrelated brand names, repeated keywords, misleading designer references and exaggerated claims. “Dress dress dress viral luxury” tells a buyer less than “Black linen midi dress, UK 12, side pockets”. Do not put phone numbers, payment links or someone else’s photographs in your listing.
