Before you list
Measure and weigh the packed item rather than relying on the garment alone. Check the carrier’s service terms and compensation rules for that item and value. Select packaging that keeps it clean and dry and leaves the shipping barcode flat and visible.
When you print
Buy the correct carrier service for the recipient on the order. Upload its ordinary PDF label to Flogor’s print centre. For a thermal label, select the matching paper size and print at actual size. The A4 option centres a label without shrinking it. A packing slip goes inside the parcel; it is not valid postage.
After handing over
Keep the carrier acceptance receipt and record the tracking number on the order. Creating or printing a label does not prove carrier acceptance or delivery. If a parcel is delayed, returned or shows an unexpected delivery location, use the order and support tools. Delivery evidence is reviewed before a seller release can qualify; chargebacks can still arise later.
